Privacy Policy

Loveday Brooke Press runs an email newsletter. This note explains what happens to your email address when you subscribe — in short, we use it only to send you the newsletter, and nothing else.

What we do with your email

We use your email address for one purpose — to send you our newsletter. We never sell or share it, and we use it for nothing else. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the sign-up form and confirm via the opt-in email. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter.

Who handles it

Our newsletter runs on Brevo, which stores your address and sends the emails on our behalf as our data processor — your address lives on Brevo's systems, not ours. See the Brevo privacy policy. We keep your address until you unsubscribe, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights & contact

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to its use — just email privacy@lovedaybrookepress.com. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or, in the EU/EEA, your national data protection authority.
